Believe it or not, right now, your body is actually operating on backup energy systems and not your “primary energy system”, much like a hospital runs off a generator whenever the main power goes out. This creates a huge “energy drain” that keeps you from achieving your full potential—physically, mentally, materially, and spiritually. It compromises your brain, heart, other organs, and immune system. It causes your body to actually work and age much faster than necessary, resulting in a slow, progressive meltdown that will most likely lead to one dis“ease” or another.
What’s even scarier about this “energy drain” is you don’t feel or know that it’s happening. Until three years ago I never knew about this. I thought that all my years of daily meditation, Reiki, t’ai chi, and proper nutrition were making me as strong and centered as I could possibly be. When someone offered to muscle test me to show how weak and “not centered” I was, I was sure I could utilize certain techniques I had learned to test strong in every position. I was wrong. I tested weak in every position. Then, Sari, a chiropractor, took a necklace from around her neck, put it around mine, and retested. I was astounded.
