As we reconnect with these repressed parts of ourselves, we begin to appreciate what our life is trying to show us. From this space of appreciation, we can make calm, intelligent decisions about where we want to go from there.

And, when dissolving a relationship, it’s imperative to go your separate ways in a peaceful, loving manner where both parties come out winners and want to see the beauty in what they once had and the loving, life-enriching space they are currently creating for each other by separating.
